Harvest carefully harvested by hand at night. The berries are separated from crests, gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks.

Economy "Alta Vista", founded in the XIX century in Chacras de Coria, was originally a small wine cellar. In 1997, the famous French enologist Jean-Michel Arkott and Michel Rolland decided to implement an ambitious program to create a winery in Mendoza, producing great wines, combining bright originality of the local terroir and the age-old tradition of winemaking in France. With this project, they turned to family d'Olan - hereditary winemakers, owners of Chateau Chateau Valroz Sanson and in the French region of Bordeaux.
